World Wall (1999) is a public art piece by American artist Thomas Sayre. World Wall projects a view of earth from space unto the exterior wall of the Marbles Kids Museum (formerly Exploris) in North Carolina's capital city, Raleigh. Made of over 1 million multicolored glass marbles held in place by a stainless steel structure, the work reveals a mission of global learning to passers-by on their way to and from downtown Raleigh.
